Processing Time

All RoyalLX products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and consistency.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Please note that during launch periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volume.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

RoyalLX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Please double check your shipping details before completing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

ROYALLX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shoproyallx.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging 

We will review and assist you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
