Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes changes need to be made after placing an order.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After this time, we are unable to cancel orders.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
